Consumer cancellations

If you buy online as a consumer, you can cancel your order without giving a reason. Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel before delivery or within 14 days after you, or someone you nominate, receives the goods. For an order delivered in separate parts, the cancellation period runs from receipt of the last item. Email or write to us using the details above, quoting your order number if available. You do not need to use a particular form or obtain permission to exercise your cancellation rights.

After notifying us, send the goods back within a further 14 days. Contact us promptly for safe return instructions, especially for liquids or chemicals; carrier restrictions may apply. Asking for instructions does not shorten your statutory cancellation period. Keep proof of dispatch.

Return costs and condition

For a change-of-mind cancellation, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods where we informed you of that obligation before purchase. We do not charge a restocking fee for exercising statutory consumer cancellation rights. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. We may deduct a lawful amount for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. This does not remove your rights if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Refunds

For a valid cancellation of an entire order, we refund the price paid and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. Any extra paid for a premium delivery service is not refundable solely because you change your mind. We refund using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier, and will make the refund within 14 days of that point.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods

Please contact us with your order details and a description of the problem. Photos can help but do not replace your legal rights. Consumer goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Your statutory remedies can include rejection and refund, repair or replacement. The short-term right to reject faulty goods normally lasts 30 days, subject to the applicable law. Where we must bear reasonable return costs by law, we will do so. Do not attempt an unsafe installation or send hazardous goods through an unsuitable carrier.

Business purchases

Consumer change-of-mind cancellation rights do not apply to purchases made wholly or mainly for business purposes. Contact us about a proposed business return before sending goods back. We do not promise an additional business change-of-mind return entitlement. This does not remove rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
