Delivery destinations and charges
Delivery is offered to UK addresses supported at checkout. Enter the full delivery address to see the options and charges available for your order before placing it. A UK country selection does not mean that every postcode, product or order size has a delivery service. If no delivery option is offered, contact us before ordering.
Great Britain standard delivery is £4.99 including VAT on orders of £100 or less, and free on orders over £100. Northern Ireland standard delivery is £18 including VAT (£15 excluding VAT) on orders below £200, and free on orders of £200 or more. Order thresholds include VAT, are calculated after discounts and exclude delivery charges. Delivery options and applicable charges are confirmed for your address at checkout.
Delivery timing
Estimated UK delivery is 1–2 business days. Products shown as in stock are held at our warehouse in Bury, ready to dispatch. If an item is unavailable or likely to take longer, we will contact you with an updated delivery estimate. Any delivery estimate provided for your order is an estimate unless we expressly agree a guaranteed delivery date. Our daily dispatch cut-off is 2pm (UK time). Orders received after 2pm are processed from the next working day. We do not promise next-day delivery. For consumer orders, unless a different delivery period is expressly agreed, the statutory requirement is delivery without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made. This legal maximum is not our estimated dispatch or delivery time.
If you need goods by a particular date, contact us before placing your order so that we can confirm whether we can meet it. An in-stock product is not a guarantee of same-day dispatch or a specific delivery date.
Address details and delivery problems
Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address and a contact route at checkout. Tell us promptly if you need to correct the address; a correction may not be possible once dispatched. If your order is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us with your order details. Reporting promptly helps us investigate but does not shorten your statutory rights.
For consumer purchases, goods remain our responsibility until you, or a person you nominate, takes physical possession, except where the law provides otherwise because you independently arrange a carrier not offered by us. If an agreed delivery deadline is missed, your rights to require delivery or end the contract depend on the circumstances and applicable law; nothing here excludes those rights.
